Darkroom Productions
The production team known as Darkroom Productions recently inked a record deal with Koch Records through their own label, Young American Recordings, for a full album deal. The team, Young Avon and Jamal Roberts (originally from Baltimore and Washington D.C., respectively), rose to fame through their credits on the HBO cable series, The Wire. The team is slated to release their first LP, Hamsterdam – The Album April 1, 2008, which originates from their original Hamsterdam mixtape series started in 2005.
